Gatti & Oropesa: “Rigoletto”

Following Tristan und Isolde and La damnation de Faust, Daniele Gatti will open for the third year in a row Teatro dell’Opera di Roma’s news season with Verdi’s Rigoletto (in a new production by Daniele Abbado).
The first title of Verdi’s so-called “popular trilogy” will feature: Lisette Oropesa in the part of Gilda, Ismael Jordi (Duca di Mantova), Roberto Frontali (Rigoletto), Riccardo Zanellato (Sparafucile) and Alisa Kolosova (Giovanna).
